Price Range: Base rate: $80.00 per person. Group rates available. Includes a half-day whitewater rafting trip followed by an upscale light summer lunch and wine tasting. Upgraded menu options available upon request tailored to the nature of your event and group needs.

Bar: Award winning wines produced by Wind River Cellars. Beer and non-alcoholic beverages available upon request.

Description of Facility and Services:

Nestled in the Columbia River Gorge between the snowy peaks of Mt Hood and Mt Adams, Wet Planet Rafting and the Wind River Cellars are both uniquely located alongside the White Salmon River, just 1 hour and 15 minutes East of Portland.

Your rafting trip will be conducted by Wet Planet Whitewater on the White Salmon River, providing a breathtaking combination of scenery and whitewater. Fed by natural springs and glaciers on Mt. Adams, this class III-IV river tumbles through a narrow cliff-lined basalt canyon before heading out into the warm sunshine of a forested canyon. This incredible trip is highlighted by a vertical plunge over the legendary 10' high Husum Falls. Following your whitewater rafting trip, you will enjoy another taste of the Columbia River Gorge at Wind River Cellars with wine tasting and a catered lunch. Nestled in the terraced hills overlooked by Mt. Hood and just a stone's throw away from Wet Planet, Wind River Cellars distributes the majority of their award winning wines right on location in their tasting room. You will enjoy a tasting of Wind River Cellars' hand-crafted wines while relaxing on the winery's decks in front of some of the most beautiful views in the world. Lunch typically includes various types of baguette style sandwiches with pasta salad, fruit salad and desert.

Availability & Terms:

Events can be scheduled 7 days of the week, May through September. Reservations can be made with either Wet Planet or Wind River Cellars. Reservation policies are the same as with other Wet Planet Rafting trips.
