With our private launch site 2.1 miles upstream of the standard public access, Wet Planet exclusively offers the longest stretch of class III-IV whitewater run by any company on the White Salmon River during the lower water summer months. This trip IS a different trip, and simply cannot be matched by any other trip on the river!  The photos below are all sites that you will see on a Wet Planet trip before you even reach the standard public launch site:

 

Triple Drop:   this incredible rapid is a guide favorite!  This long, technical rapid is the first big class IV rapid that challenges guests on this incredible stretch of the White Salmon River .

The Scenic Warm-Up Stretch: this beautiful stretch of class II water is run only by Wet Planet.  We are the only company on the river able to offer a great stretch of easier water to warm-up on before the challenging rapids hit.

Maytag:   named after the popular washing machine company, many of our guests claim that this is their favorite rapid on the run.

The Scenery:  the scenery on the exclusive Wet Planet trip is awesome!  This is one of the sites that you won't see launching from the standard public launch site.

The Flume: this is the type of rapid that our guests envision before they begin their trip.  In the Flume, the river narrows down and drops off at a 45 degree angle, treating rafters to a rocket ride through the narrow gorge.

The Cliff Jump:  this OPTIONAL jump off of the cliffs back into the river after walking around un-runnable BZ Falls is the most memorable part of the Wet Planet experience for many of our guests.
