Wet Planet is a partner of Leave No Trace, Inc. (LNT)

This non-profit organization is committed to promoting and inspiring responsible outdoor recreation through education, research, and partnerships. The seven LNT principles for wild land ethics have become the standard for human powered recreationists through the support and commitment of public land management agencies such as the US Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and the US Fish and Wildlife Service.

Wet Planet Rafting and Kayaking shares in, supports, and practices the LNT skills and ethics. The majority of our staff are certified LNT educators. Join us in our effort to Leave No Trace by following these seven, simple principles:

1. Plan ahead and prepare
2. Travel and camp on durable surfaces
3. Dispose of waste properly
4. Leave what you find
5. Minimize campfire impacts
6. Respect wildlife
7. Be considerate of other visitors
