After a 12 hour drive through the snow, 3 of us from Wet Planet arrived to a snow covered Reno excited to attend the American Outdoors Show. During the 3 day conference/ trade show we learned a lot about the industry, we visited, we bowled and we purchased some new merchandise for the retail store at Wet Planet. Some of the important things that we learned are about the standards that our guests deserve, and how to stay up to date with those standards. We were pleased to see that as usual Wet Planet is a leader in the industry and we learned how to continue at the top. The show also gave us a chance to visit other outfitters from our area as well as from all over the country. One evening we had dinner with the "Young and cool" Outfitters group, we even had a huge night of bowling! What most of you are excited about, are the new shirts that will be in our store next season. Many of you come in for your annual rafting trip with your Wet Planet T-Shirt on and looking for the latest version! Our 2010 season will have a lot to choose from and something great for everyone! All in all it was a great conference and we are happy to share our experience with you!
