Signed in February, America's Great Outdoors Initiative aims to reconnect individuals to the natural world through recreation and service opportunities. Focusing on youth participation, the initiative highlights rivers as a primary way to connect. Like nature's own roller coasters, rivers take rafters on a ride through spectacular natural scenery.
